Intent - Business Calendar ("Intent") is built by Mir Reza. This policy explains how your data is handled.
The Short Version
Intent does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Period.
What Data the App Accesses
- Calendar events: Intent reads your calendar via Apple's EventKit framework to display your meetings and help you prepare. If you enable it, Intent can also create new calendar events on your behalf.
- Prep notes and reflections: Everything you type (intents, questions, notes, ratings) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
- AI processing: The AI coach feature uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework (Apple Intelligence). All processing happens locally on your device. No data is sent to any server, API, or third party.
What Data Leaves Your Device
None. Intent makes zero network requests. There are no servers, no analytics, no crash reporting, no telemetry, and no third-party SDKs.
Data Sharing
Intent does not share any data with third parties. Ever.
Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your device and in your iCloud account if you have iCloud backup enabled (this is controlled by Apple's system settings, not by Intent).
Data Deletion
Uninstalling Intent removes all app data from your device. There is no server-side data to delete because none exists.
Advertising & Tracking
Intent contains no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The app does not use IDFA, fingerprinting, or any identification technology.
Children's Privacy
Intent does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app does not collect data from anyone.
